Positives: quite gorgeous beach, restaurant staff are outstanding and very accommodating (yu & win). Food is delicious and there are various rooms to choose from. Negatives: cockroaches (3 in one day is too much and it's not bc of the heat). Our two friends rooms had them too. Th delux beach front had them as well. Food is over priced.... More

Very nice resort, with chill-out atmosphere and great staff. We checked in in the middle of the night, without and reservation....there was no problem and we had very pleasant welcome. All facilities very close to each other, very good food in the resort's restaurant and quite many thinks to do: - swimming-pool - beach - table tennis - pool -... More

Rooms: Very tiny (at least the standard and superior bungalows). No storage (no cupboards, no hangers, no hooks, not even nails. Untight floor planks let in insects. No bedlights (some people like to read during holidays! ). Not even half the rooms have the "spacious balcony" promised on the website. Bathroom: Not even close to "Western standards". The shower is... More

I am in love with this place. Everything was absolutely perfect. From arriving at reception to departure. The welcome drink was fantastic and immediately puts you in a great mood :) The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I didn't meet any management (it wasn't necessary) but whoever runs the resort is doing an amazing job. The room we... More

We stopped in a bamboo garden bungalow which although small (nowhere to put your clothes) was otherwise excellent. The bar, beach and restaurant were all good and the staff were friendly and attentive. There are a mix of guests from young backpackers to older couples and families and it suits all. Don't expect luxury or insect free rooms - you... More

My group of 17 had an excellent stay at this resort. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The accomodation was lovely and clean. The restaurant was very good and we especially enjoyed the BBQ offered every night with fresh fish and grilled veg a favourite. I can recommend to anyone from couples to families... great pool and beach as... More

We'd go back in a minute. Staff here have a philosophy that their customers are family... It fun to be called "Papa" cabins on west side of resort share a wall with noisy weekend (all night) Two Rock Bar

If you want 5* luxury, this is not for you. If, like me and my boyfriend wanted. You want somewhere unique, a bungalow by the beach and more thai style than western. It's perfect! We went for the full moon party, but wanted somewhere we could relax too. Milky bay was perfect! Staff are so friendly! Make you feel right... More

Went with friends for the full moon party. Hotel has a great view of the beach. Its in an open space where the rooms are like huts but a great experience. The team are very friendly, always willing to help. Definately recommend those who up for a unique experience.

We stayed here for the full moon party. We got a great rate and I think we got great value for that but they definitely need to pay more attention to details. In our room it told us breakfast finished at 10:30 but in reception and on the vouchers they gave us it said 10am with no refunds. On the... More
