Wouldn't advise staying here at all, it's the only place we stayed in all of Thailand where we were bitten during the night, woke up with 27 bites on one leg! The room is two single bed mattresses pushed together, the bathroom is basically outside and vile. The breakfast is one set meal and is 200Baht! The drinks are expensive... More

Myself and 2 friends went to the Full Moon Party last week. We had booked for 3 nights at the Power Beach Resort and stayed for only 2. I honestly don't know how anyone could of had a good time at this place. As soon as we arrives the staff were rude and unhelpful. We had booked through STA and... More

Arrived for the full moon party and the place and staff are shocking. So much so moved to a much nicer place. Don't waste time or money here! Rooms and especially bathrooms are horrific! The bathroom was pretty much a concrete hut with a flower pot as a sink, a hose as a shower (no hot water) and a hooky... More

Booked a bungalow a couple months in advance for the full moon party. The pictures looked great online. As I wasn't an experienced traveller, I did not know to check this website prior for customer reviews. The "deluxe" bungalow we booked had holes in the floor boards, the door wouldn't shut or lock properly (and no safe or lock box... More

I choose this resort because the location is near the beach. I stayed in a cute small hut near the pool. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is average but it's a nice place to sleep on after a long day on tour. They offer me 1000 baht for one night and 800 baht per night if... More

I think the only way this place gets any business is through travel agents in Bangkok ripping off naive travellers who have just begun their adventure!! I stayed here with a friend before the full moon party and in fairness, we were picked up from the ferry by a very nice man, our room was ready on arrival, a simple... More

We booked this for 3 nights before leaving Australia. Whether it was because we had already paid and they knew that they wouldn´t give us a refund on the room or they didn´t have anything nicer they gave us a really gross bungalow - even though it was one of the midrange ones. Firstly, there were grotty fingerprints over the... More

Got caught on the peir without a hotel and got shown a nice brochure so thought giving it a go was easier than lugging our backpackers around the island at midday! Once we got the hotel the price had gone up by 500B per night and we had to book for at least 2 nights (different to what we told... More

Got caught at the pier shown pictures of a really nice resort so decided to stay. Got there and looked nothing like it ! bungalow huts with doors that don't close all the way so let's in all sorts of creepy crawlers. Also would come back to what looked like rat droppings all over the bed. Would not recommend !

We were booked into a different resort on the other side of the island, however on arrival to Koh Pangan a man approached us saying he could take us to our resort for 50 baht so we agreed. He took us to power resort where we were told the were no taxis and had to stay there for the night... More
