This is a 5 star hotel, great for all ages. Very clean and confortable beds, with all aminaties. Staff are exceptional, they are always smiling and willing to go that extra mile to please. Good breakfast, everything you could want. Food served by the pool and its cheap. Ice cream 25 baht, popcorn 40 bath, pancakes 50 Baht, ground coffee... More

Great big hotel, pool is fantastic! Breakfast is good and many different sorts. Service all in all is very friedly. Beach and sea is absolutely best! Cleaning works well. Shops and foodplaces are nearby, must rent a scooter to see the island.

Fantastic hotel for the hole family. Super hotel staff, great pools and incredible beach. We can recommend this to all. We have enjoyed 14 days here, now we leave to visit other islands, but will surely miss this great hotel and the fantastic staff.

the hotel itself is very good. The beach is pristine (is classed as a national park, so you're not allowed sun loungers on it) and the tide goes out making the beach quite shallow. The hotel has a small beach for itself (aka, some sun loungers on sand) It's a nice area for those specifically wanting sand but also a... More

I stayed there during the Christmas. As for the special discount price I paid I could say it is really worthy.the suits are large and have a lovely garden around, although the small creek pass through the hotel is deadly polluted and sometimes smelly. They have very good taste of gardening. and the pool is wonderful. So many northerners(Russian,Finnish, Swedish) are... More

i booked through an online booking company for a deal at this hotel nearly 8 weeks in advance. Within 15 minutes of confirming the booking, i realized i inadvertantly ordered 2 rooms and not the 1 room i had intended for my family. it was an honest and simple mistake (i thought the box asked for number of guests). i... Do not let the images and/or website descriptions fool you! The Cha-Da has been the absolute worst stay we have had yet in Thailand - and the highest star rating. Funny how that works. We payed more for this then any other hotel and service location cleanliness food facilites etc etc all are lacking. The reception staff "plays dumb" to... More

Middle of nowhere, there was no wifi when we stayed, beach is disgusting, filled with rubbish but pool is the best one i've ever seen! Staff are friendly, I think we were just on the bad side of Ko Lanta as there was nothing around and nothing to see but if you want to be lazy and chill by the... More

This place is all about the pools. They are big and during the low season you have them all by youself. Nice. Garden are also lovely. Location is pretty good on the northern and better part of Klong Dao beach. You need a tuktuk (B100) to get into town. For some reason there are no tuktuks waiting outside the resort,... More

Oh where do I begin. The positives...the resort is actually really pretty. We really liked the location. The staff at registration were really nice and helpful (we had a problem with our in room safe and it was taken care of immediately). We got a major upgrade to the Diamond Suites which was great because we probably would have tried... More
