On general level nice family hotel, stayed in a room with direct pool access. In general I was mostly happy with the hotel, but following topics left me wishing for better: - cleaning and beach towel changing were timed so that we never found out when they should happen - cleaning was mostly ok, but not on 5* level, e.g.... We travelled with 3 families and this was our first trip to Thailand. We stayed at this hotel for one week. We all booked Silver Suites but while we decised to held our wedding ceremony at the hotel during our stay, the hotel made us a gift and gave us the room on the first floor (Gold Suite). All the... My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks in January. The location is perfect, we had seafront sunbeds most days with amazing views especially at sunset . I enjoyed the breakfast especially the curries, I know lots of people don't like this in the morning but they were really, really flavoursome. There was also, freshly made omelettes, sausages, bacon... More

This hotel is really cheap and staff incompetent. For a 5 stars hotel, your breakfast, if we can call it as it, will be serve on a dirty plastic table, after 5 request to clean it. The swimming pool is full of plastic toys for kids. My Room was dirty with red splashes on the bedsheets. This hotel is full... More

Better called mosquito resort. The breakfast was cheap with fatty bacon and not a lot of choice. We ordered a dedicated hotel car to go to a better restaurant for dinner. We forgot a bag with mobile and cash in it. We noticed 30min later we forgot it. According to the manager nobody except us went in this car. Anyway... More

The Resort is located near to ko Lanta "town area". It is a big Resort with friendly staff, nice and very large rooms, it is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is great and the food fairly priced. The swimming pool in front of our hotel room was amazing though the resort is located more inland and you need to... More

The hotel is spacious, so are the rooms but the place needs a lot of improvement in terms of service. Except for the manager who welcomed us nobody really spoke any English so you have a hard time interacting with them. We stayed in a gold suite with pool access which was nice. But too many mosquitoes and the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel during the off season, which really means the rainy season...really, really rainy! It is one of the only places which stays open year around, and we booked a gold suite with pool access. The rooms and the pool were absolutely fantastic. We had a bed room, a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath... More

We came here on our honeymoon. Such a lovely place, gorgeous rooms that were extremely well maintained. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. They went above and beyond for us and made us feel like royalty. Great value for money! Highly recommended.
