This place is all about the pools. They are big and during the low season you have them all by youself. Nice. Garden are also lovely. Location is pretty good on the northern and better part of Klong Dao beach. You need a tuktuk (B100) to get into town. For some reason there are no tuktuks waiting outside the resort,... More

Oh where do I begin. The positives...the resort is actually really pretty. We really liked the location. The staff at registration were really nice and helpful (we had a problem with our in room safe and it was taken care of immediately). We got a major upgrade to the Diamond Suites which was great because we probably would have tried... More

We stay for our honeymoon on a period of low peak season. To transfer to anywhere in island koh lanta took 2hours or so, from ferry transfer! (My reviews is going to be exact, no worries.) On month of May. It was really quiet and peaceful. The welcoming staffs were very pleasant and helpful. We got an emerald suite, 2nd... More

We chose this resort purely because lots of reviewers liked it for its kids friendly facilities and we are glad we did. With a sleep trained kid, we needed a room with separate area besides e bedroom and toilet. The gold suites are perfect. The tired toddler goes to bed at 8pm and we are able to lounge at the... This hotel scores high for most of the parameters anyone rates hotels on, e.g. location (right on a fabulous beach), beautiful garden, nice big rooms, good beds, excellent breakfast, efficient cleaning, good service, etc. Unfortunately, during the week my wife and I were staying there, over 90% of the guests came from the same one country (Sweden), and most had... We stayed in a platinum suite with our own jacuzzi and verandah which was very nice. Pool is excellent with pool bar and direct access to the beach is amazing. Reception staff very unfriendly. Paid wifi did not work in our rooms. Breakfast average.

On general level nice family hotel, stayed in a room with direct pool access. In general I was mostly happy with the hotel, but following topics left me wishing for better: - cleaning and beach towel changing were timed so that we never found out when they should happen - cleaning was mostly ok, but not on 5* level, e.g.... We travelled with 3 families and this was our first trip to Thailand. We stayed at this hotel for one week. We all booked Silver Suites but while we decised to held our wedding ceremony at the hotel during our stay, the hotel made us a gift and gave us the room on the first floor (Gold Suite). All the... My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks in January. The location is perfect, we had seafront sunbeds most days with amazing views especially at sunset . I enjoyed the breakfast especially the curries, I know lots of people don't like this in the morning but they were really, really flavoursome. There was also, freshly made omelettes, sausages, bacon... More

This hotel is really cheap and staff incompetent. For a 5 stars hotel, your breakfast, if we can call it as it, will be serve on a dirty plastic table, after 5 request to clean it. The swimming pool is full of plastic toys for kids. My Room was dirty with red splashes on the bedsheets. This hotel is full... More
