Arrived there mid-november and stayed for 3 weeks because I liked it so much. Bungalows are clean and spacious, and just about 2-10m away from the beach, and probably the best option for that price on Klong nin (checked quite a few). Very familiar atmosphere, service prompt, food good. Restaurant right on the beach, cosy atmosphere with little spaces to... More

Having booked no accommodation prior to our arrival at Ko Lanta, I spent and hour visiting a few possible options, ranging from super posh to very basic. Sunset Bungalows was a great budget option. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Therefore, value for money in my mind. I believe the cost was £30 a night during the period of... More

Just left here for phi phi and rak the owner was brilliant - gave us a deal on the room and anything we wanted was never a problem. There was always sunbeds available on the beach and the rooms were perfect for us. TV, lockable wardrobes and drawers which was a bonus. Bed was very comfortable and rak rented us... More

We stayed here for Christmas & NY and really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are simple but very clean. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating especially Rak the owner who was so friendly from the moment we arrived. Sunset is in a good location and the food is good. The only thing that I considered a bit of a... More

We stayed here for 11 days and was very reasonably priced. They picked us up at the ferry and brought us to the resort. It is about 12-15 bungalows. The staff are very nice and had great beds on the beach for the clients. Located on Klong Nin beach I would say is one of the best on the island.... More

Great place! We showed up with no reservation which was no problem. The manager gave us an awesome deal and was extremely friendly, along with the rest of the staff. Rooms are furnished with a desk and small wardrobe for your belongings. Bathroom had hot water and was exceptionally clean. Good cable and wifi connection, which we don't always care... More

Unfortunately we left Koh Phagnan which had great weather, to visit Koh Phi Phi and Ko Lanta which had terrible weather. Big mistake, this was a really bad time to come to Ko Lanta. It was hard to even comprehend how this island could look in the good-weather season. As this was the monsoon season it was like the east... More

Sunset is very friendly and superbly laid back. The best place to chill on Klong Nin beach, even though we weren't staying there this Christmas we made our way to the restaurant/hammock area everyday to just relax. Rak and his staff are very friendly, food is good and cheap, beer is great and the hammocks in the shade are a... More

Called up last minute, and the host was brill-and accommodated us fine. Even picked us up from our bungalow up the road! Although we couldn't get an air con room, we did have a fan! The bungalows are right on the beach-and next door you can get a massage, literally looking out to sea-for a tiny price. There is a... More

At my stay at Sunset Bungalows in the Klong Nin beach area of Koh Lanta, I came from horrible dirty and dark bungalows at Kentiang Bay Resort, where I spent an intire night itching from something unidentified in the bed, so this was definately a great change of accomodation. There are not too many bungalows, but they are all nice... More
