We upgraded our room to a pool access room. The design is very nice, you have a long stretch of pool (separate from the main pool) right in front your balcony. Check-in... reservation can't be found even with numerous email confirmation. Front office staff speaks little English or none at all with limited vocab; e.g. Yep!.
