A nice clean Guesthouse with bags of character in a good location close to the temples, a few restaurants and the night market. The quiet location adds to the pluses. A huge plus is there are nice sitting areas in the house and garden, great for a cold beer after a hot day in the ruins though sadly they seem... More

The place is reasonable, the staff can be a little rude at times. I did check-out and had to wait for my train to leave only at 8pm. I decided to stay at the hotel to use the internet. They realized that I was using the internet and became the turning off wifi. The rooms are very hot and the... More

Stayed in a shared bathroom fan room. Was a little hot at night, and lots of noise from the 'oh wow' cuckoo bird which sat in the mango tree outside our window at night (but we aren't blaming the management for that!). Toilet/shower area a bit grubby and mosquito net over bed had lots of holes, but it was a... More

The guest house is in a good location, easy to go around either by foot or bicycle. Shared shower was ok, clean enough , as well as toilets . The bedroom was terribly hot and the fan did not help much. Worth paying for a room with aircon? Maybe. I didn't see the other rooms so can't say, but judging... More

Basic, but decent rooms with efficient a/c. Good location near temples and small night markets (walking distance) Bike rental available and recommended to discover the city easily. Owner was helpful and friendly. Stray dogs in the evenings on the streets, but that s the case in all Ayutthaya.

Stayed here one night in a double room with AC for 350 Baht. For this a shared bathroom which was clean and OK, tho no hot water. the room was very basic...it had a bed in it full stop. No bedside table nothing and no top sheet either. The garden setting was very nice, but couldn't stay out there as there... More

We spent one night here before travelling to Sukhothai. We didn't book a room, luckily there was one available. The owed was helpful and provided towels and information about Ayutthaya. We paid 400 Baht (£8) which I felt was a lot considering we had shared bathroom and toilet, with no hot water. Bikes can be hired from the owner for... More

My stay at this guesthouse has been positive for some aspects, for example the good price, nice position, the services you could have (bus tickets and boat tours reservation, bike rental, etc.) but during the two nights that I stayed here there were dogs barking until 1 in the morning so it has been quite difficult to have a good... I followed a guy from the train station who said he had a place to stay, and it turned out to be not bad... rooms come in only 'doubles', which is two single beds for 350baht per night. I think there are about 8 or 10 rooms? The reception is decent, and they stay up late chatting over beer! There... More
