Just spend 3 nights here. It's a nice small guest house with a very friendly owner that will help you in any way he can. I spend 350 baht for a room with shower and toilet included. this is more of a backpackers' accommodation. very simple and basic. stayed in a fan-room with shared bath during off-season. the price was super cheap and there were hardly any boarders around. they've electronic locks at the main gate; so can come in and go out conveniently. even had wi-fi!!!

Rooms are clean enough. But there is no blanket provided with the room. The toilets are not the best I have seen and the ceiling in that area is covered with spider webs. The lobby furnished with worn furniture giving the place a really aged feel. In short I would not recommend this place to people I know.
