Stayed here for tonight on our tour of Thailand. Had a beautiful view from my room of the pool and the full river. We had breakfast and dinner here which were both delicious. Had excellent service from all the staff and were greeted promptly each time. They also have free wifi in there lobby.

We use this place as a base to explore Ayutthaya over the weekend. It is located just across the river from the Ayutthaya island City. We were on the 6th floor facing the river and the bridge crossing the river. The hotel installed double windows, so we weren't bothered by the sound of traffic at night. The bed was comfortable... We stopped for food here as we moved onto muak lek - our guide chose the hotel for lunch. It's a very large hotel and seems to be a stopping point for the cruise ships. The lunch was a large buffet of thai food designed not to offend a wide range of non thai guests but, as a result, it's... More

This hotel is very convenient for the railway station it is an easy walk along the same road. However it is a little way out of the main town but tuk tuks are easily available from the front of the hotel. The old city is amazing and make this town well worth a visit. The hotel is characterless although the... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our group tour. Nice hotel and reasonably clean in my opinion. The door personnel is helpful if you need a taxi/tuk tuk to get anywhere far. 7/11 and Lotus Express is also a short walk down the street for your basics. Only down part to this place is that a... Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya, Thailand.. November 10, 2013 we traveled from Bangkok to Ayutthaya by car for an overnight trip to visit the old capital of Thailand. The trip is certainly worthwhile , because the various Temples you see here are in the " Cambodian style architecture " . We stayed at the " KRUNGSRI River Hotel . We were... More

We visited Ayutthaya with my friend and her family this weekend. We stayed here one night. The room is clean and with standard. The reception looked not very welcome since they most time showed with a cold face. We went to the Chinese-style restaurant in the lobby for lunch yesterday. The food was processed very slowly, and we never got... More

Easy to find hotel right next to the temples which are 2.6kms away. Room is standard. Restaurant is large and they had someone playing the piano then they had singers. Gym was good a bit cramped but cannot complain apart from no cups to get any water. You can chose from the internstional restaurant or Italian food at the Pub.... More

My mum and I stayed at the Krungsri River Hotel for 3 nights over new years eve, Dec 2013-Jan 2014 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very organised at check in and check out, they looked after our bags before our late depature to Bangkok and were extremely courteous at all times. The rooms were fairly standard... More
