Long over due review but here it goes. I've always wanted to visit the old city for many many years until I decided to this with two friends in February 2014. I'm confident with accommodations in Bkk city but Ayutthaya was alien to me. The reviews on Trip Advisor really helped. Grandparent's Home is clean, cheap and the staff are... More

Really lovely little place run by a friendly family. Nice welcome on arrival, provided with maps and guides to the temples. Clean room with comfortable bed, TV and fridge. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Very quiet location. Very nice little cafe offering a variety of food at reasonable prices - the mango shakes and lemon juice were delicious... More

Our room was clean and comfortable, the aircon was quiet and effective. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a good range of reasonably priced, tasty food. They rent bikes for 50 Baht for 24 hours. The location is good, just down the road from 2 of the major Wats. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone... More

Firstly the positives! It was cheap, reasonably clean and located very close to the temples. Check in was friendly and efficient providing maps and wifi password. The room was ok. Not particularly large but it had a fridge, a/c and a comfortable bed and an attached bathroom so you cannot really complain for the money. However, we wanted something a... More

We're happy with our stay here. We experienced those said about the room cleanness, location, and friendly owner. There is a Coffee House across the road where local hang out for beer and food at night. When we checked in, we were provided Ayutthaya visitor's map and was given an overview of where popular places are...which I appreciate very much.

Stayed there for 2 days. Location is good, close to a few of the famous Wats. The nearest clinic is a 3 mins drive away. Room is very clean and there is a toilet in the room too! It is a dream for budget solo travelers. The food there was okay but I recommend eating out to enjoy more selection... More

Nice, basic guesthouse with good location. Good value for money. Average rate because of mold in the bathroom (can see and smell it), otherwise this place would get better rewiew. We rented bicycles 80B/day. Everything worked well, staff was friendly. No complains but that mold.

The rooms are of good size with aircon, a fridge, tv. And very important, it's very clean. They have a restaurant also. You can rent bicycles and a moterbike for 250 bath a day, wich is good price. The location is very good. You can walk to the evening market in 5 min or to the temples in 10/15 min.... More

Recent GH, we stayed here for about one week, the place is clean and very quite, the staff are nice and sweet Thai family. Inside the room is very peasant in the eyes, its near historic park. WiFi work good in room and good relaxing music in Restaurant. Just a little bit expensive.
