We stayed in Baan Tye Wang on an overnight Ayuthaya trip. The owners are very welcoming and helpful when it came to anything we needed with the room and getting around the city. While the bikes provided are in need of a bit of maintenance (some were flat and needed some oil), they were an excellent way to see the... More

Chose Baan Tye Wang because of reviews and it was perfect. Wonderful hosts who helped us with all our needs. Beautiful relaxing garden on a canal with so many beautiful birds. Days spent viewing temples with our friendly tuk tuk driver organised by hotel. Comfortable rooms, garden room had a nice view. Had a amazing stay in Ayutthaya thanks to... More

A perfect place. Very quiet with helpfull host. The bedrooms are furnished in Thai style. We really appreciate the bikes are available for free. It allowed to visit the city. If you like Thai food you also will enjoy both their breakfast and dinner.

A small hotel in a local neighborhood, but the rooms are modern and comfortable. The rooms are clean and simple, and have air conditioning that works great and is quiet. The owner is very attentive to any needs. A nice perk is the free use of bicycles, which was a fun way to see all of Ayutthaya. Besides having a... More

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Baan Tye Wan - a great spot overlooking the canal and temples on the other side of the river. Staff were very friendly, providing maps, train timetables, bikes for exploring the sites and advising on activities. Rooms were a good size, nice outdoor shower with a nice relaxing veranda to enjoy a drink... More

Arrived here late in the evening and the very friendly owner met us from our Tuk Tuk and showed us in. We were given a glass of guava juice on arrival and asked if we wanted any dinner. The menu has variety and all less than 200 baht. She then said we were welcome to go shower and drop our... More

We only stayed for one night but it was the best night of our trip. The staff were so warm and welcoming and very helpful. They spent time with us and our driver ensuring that he understood our plans and helped him locate the sights we would like to see. Our children loved the small garden and the staff took... More

Stayed here with my family and my sisters family for just one night, and wished we could stay longer! It was beautiful and very tranquil, but just moments out of the busy markets and streets. The service was excellent, they could not do enough to help make our time in ayutthaya easy and enjoyable. The dinner here is great too,... More

We stayed two nights at the Baan Tye Wang hotel and we loved this charming family-run hotel. The rooms are great, very clean and beautifully decorated. The large outdoor bathroom was top! The hotel is not in the horrible tourist area of the city, which is good if you like to be in a quiet place. And you don't even need... More

We stayed there on 31st October 2013 me and my boyfriend. We will remember for sure the kindness of our hosts, especially the mum and daughter who are running this establishment. Daak (sorry if I am misspelling your name), you are a real GEM! This guest house is both comfortable and clean. I will highly recommend it. Nice and friendly... More
