The stylish individuality of this hotel is not apparent when first approached from the road and presents a very welcome surprise. From reading other reviews, it is obvious that the rooms are unique and vary considerably from the large rooms overlooking the river with private deck to the courtyard view we had which was rather restricted in outlook. However, this... More

We got the last room at the hotel. It is nice, spacious. There is an amazing pool that overlooks the river and temples. Good location to restaurants with grilled river prawns (noms!). Friendly staff and great breakfast! Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here as part of a tour group and were surprised when we arrived as we hadn't been expecting such quality. We were lucky enough to have the Ok-Kun room which was simply sensational. The largest of all of them, on the river, with it's own private deck and plunge pool nearby. We booked two massages which we were... More

My wife and I stayed her for two nights and loved the informality of this small hotel. Do not be put off by the entrance and small courtyard just off the road; the beauty of this hotel lies in the location, the rooms and setting on the river with great views of Wat Phutthaisawan. Our room was amazing, really modern,... More

Our room was huge, twin beds on a raised dais, large anti-bathroom with 2 basins and then beyond a bath and behind another wall a shower and toilet. Lack of places to put clothes, just a small area for hanging up. View of the river and a small pool that we never discovered if it was for us or for... More

We had a good time at this hotel. Friendly and helpful reception, extraordinary fancy rooms. The swimmingpool is amazing, with a stunning look on the river and a temple. Nice breakfast in the hotel garden.

The check-in was easy and the lady who at the receptionist desk was very friendly and nice. The room (Sheik Ahmad?) is spacious but lack of view since there is one large window overlooking to the river is somewhat block by the TV. An accesses terrace/balcony would have been great addition to enjoy the view. There are few thing I... More

Room with colonial feel, louvred window blinds and a bed raised up on a wooden dais above which is draped a large mosquito net. The view from the room marred by unwashed windows and the illusion of comfort destroyed by lack of storage for clothes and other possessions. Festoons of cobwebs from the high ceiling evoke shades of Miss Haversham.... More

This is such an amazing little hotel....I stayed there for one night before doing the elephant stay program then rang them to see if me and my friend could stay for 2 nights when we had finished playing with elephants as one night was not enough. The staff are excellent, beautiful surroundings, lovely breakfast and I can't even begin to... More

Initially the room looked stylish, but once we moved in that all changed. We had one drawer between us and no wardrobe or hanging space, just a few hooks on the wall. Style is great, but a room also needs to be practical for guests to use. All style is lost when clothes are hanging on the wall and you... More
