As other reviewers have also mentioned, the owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, seemingly ever present, and simply could not do enough to provide advice, book transport or recommend where to visit. We were especially thankful to have use of a spare room before catching the night train to Chiang Mai on our last day there in order to grab... More

The best thing about this accomodation is the staff. They all were extremely helpful and had great tips and advice on things to do in and around Ayutthaya. The location is right in the city (yet very quiet) and is perfect for a nice cycling tour with one of the mansion's free bikes). We decided to try the bike tour... More

Stayed here in November 2012. I had an excellent stay here for a few days. It is located very close to a night market and centrally located for tourist activities. The free breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Lino, Rita and Jeeda who manage the place are wonderful and very helpful people who make it a... More

We family of 2 adults and 2 children (13,10) stayed at Prom Tong Mansion for three nights. We took a direct taxi from Suvarnabhumi airport to the hotel costing 1200 baht, travel time 70 minutes. When we arrived we were being welcomed by Jeeda. She immediately took care of everything, arranging a free sightseeing boat trip, booking a minivan for... More

If only all hotels were this good! Great location - just around the corner from Wat Mahathat, and various other historic ruins, heaps traditional road side Thai eateries close by (hint: learn to speak some basic Thai, as their English is poor.) and the staff are exceptional. Jeddha organized a bike for the entire day for only 50 Baht (about... More

The owner was without a doubt the friendliest, most helpful person we encountered on our two week trip in Thailand. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no down sides to a stay here. Highly recommended.

It's been a while since I stayed here, but this was a really lovely place. Fantastic service, all the information we needed to make full use of our short time here was given and we really felt looked after.

We stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. The owner helped us organize a boat trip in the evening and we saw the most beautiful temple of our trip. Later we ended up going to the night market she recommended and enjoyed the local food. We left for the night train in the following evening and she made sure we... More
