Famous guesthouse located in the historical center of Ayutthaya, close to the main monuments. The building is all wooden, very characteristic and fascinating. Rooms are small but clean. Bathrooms could be better. Food at restaurant is not very good and a bit expensive.

Went there for a night. The night club beside my room close at 2 am !!!I know it . It's after 2 am that you will be able to sleep in this guest house. We also eat in the guest house we asked a beef steak rare and it comes more than well done. We asked to change and they... More

We stayed at tony's for two nights. The first night in an expensive, 700 baht, aircon room. This was very nice, but the bathroom definitely wasn't finished (yet?). The next day, after having the ridiculously priced breakfast, we changed for a cheaper fan room, payed 300 for this. The room was also ok, clean, private bathroom with nice hot shower.... More

We had a good stay here! At first we were in a more expensive ac room. This was a very nice and cosy room, though a bit small. But nevertheless it really was a nice room with not too much hassle from the street. The next day we could check in at a cheaper room, which was 400 bt cheaper... More

Had to find a place to sleep asap since the guesthouse I was offered was very dirty ( PR guesthouse ). They had one room left ( nm1) and despite reviews about that room, I had a very good time. Yes you hear the bar next door ( good music ) but not that so bad that I couldn't sleep... More

This was a little over our budget but after staying at the Somjai Place we thought we deserved it! The staff are very friendly and they arranged a couple of trips for us at reasonable prices. The room was very spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have had in Thailand! There were no mosquito screens in... More

Place looks great, pool is nice, room sizes are good and has nice places to relax. Bad points: Food not up to scratch compared to most on the street (we ate at at least half) you have to pay for loo roll or even a clean sheet. They say wifi is included, however to use the wifi you have to... More

We stayed in the main building, in the room #1 (above the pool, with A/C and private bathroom). We heard the music a little bit, but we were able to sleep. The staff was nice, they even let us put our luggages in the back later during the week since we were back in Ayutthaya for the day only. It... More

Tony's looks good from the street, but once you're inside, it all changes. The morning/early afternoon main host is rude, I wonder how he's managed to keep a job in the service industry. I sent the guesthouse an email to see if they had any free standard rooms and he replied that they are first-come, first-serve. When I arrived, he... More

Stayed here with a big group to attend a wedding in town. As with any group of travellers, there will be lots of pros and lots of cons. We took at least 7 rooms on Thursday night and Friday night, and at least 10 rooms on Saturday night. Thursday night was Loi Krathong festival... and the noise and festivities continued... More
