Inspite of calling up 24hr prior to checking in the clear trip agent refused to help in cancellation of one room out of the three that was booked. I feel it is a very unfriendly customer support. It was such a blunt refusal. I have been using clear trip now more than 5 years.

It is absolutely not worth the money. There is no room service. The telephone does not even work. The rooms are very small and stuffy with very average amenities. There are better hotels nearby offering rooms at much lower rates. Paying 1500 is just worthless in this hotel.

We paid close to Rs.1500 per room but the hotel wasn't worth it. Its stuffed between two other buildings and the whole building seems damp and dark. We reached at 11 o clock and all the eateries were closed. Receptionist helped in all possible ways in getting us food even in the late night. Water heater was not working in our room. Apart from that, A very Good place to stay an a close proximity to bus stand.. Will visit again

Its an average hotel. It is near to the bus stand in kodaikanal and lot of shopes are available near to this hotel.. Room service was ok but need to improve. I would cherish these memories for years to come and would love to visit this place and stay in the same hotel every time as its compact,clean, strategically located and has all facilities needed to ensure a comfortable stay and also at a very reasonable tariff.

I visited during 1st week of January 13.I opted this hotel for its location. I found this hotel good wrt to per day charges. The rooms, corridors, lobby are clean.
