We were here for a stag night celebrating our friend's last night of freedom. The Hotel is a 50 min drive from Chittorgarh off main Kota Highway. The fort / castle was constructed in 16th century is a well maintained property with serving foreign tourists most of the time. We loved the hotel and enjoyed the party which was arranged... More

This is the place to spend at least a week! Our Room (304) on the top floor was beautiful with a soft bed. The bathroom was clean and modern (with enclosed shower). We had a lovely alcove/siting area overlooking the pool, and the most beautiful suspended bench in the hallway. The service was exceptional and the food was good. The... More

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid trip. We met the owner, very polite and happy to answer questions. Lovely little boutique which is reasonably priced. Good choice of food and optional extras, we went for henna mendhi, bike rides, horse riding, yoga classes. You won't be bored. Not far from the town, few minutes walk. The rooms were... More

Its an old small living fort of the erstwhile rulers of Bijaipur, a village around 1 hour drive from Chittorgarh. They have converted half of it into a heritage hotel while the present descendants of the rulers stay in the other half. Very peaceful if you are able to avoid big groups of tourists. So count on your luck. Avoid... More

The basic problems with Indian resorts are their receptionists & working staffs , they are not well trained to international standards of hospitality & to add on this if illiterate rich Indians are staying with u than your relaxation & leisure time is definitely going to spoil .so avoid going to such places on Indian holidays.the place & feel was... Our fifth stop on our Claasic Rajasthan Intrepid Tour. What a wonderful surprise arriving in the village and then pulling up to the entrance gate after passing the stables and horses as well as camels. We are greeted with flower necklaces and a red dot on our forehead by the staff dressed in typical garb. The garden and the front... More

Quiet , Peace, Togetherness, Doing nothing, No Plans, home cooked food such as Atte ka Halwa...whenever you are in a mood for this kind of a vacation ; think Castle Bijaipur. The greeting will be Royal with Dhol-Tasha and the King might give you a warm reception himself. Post which you will be taken to your nicely decorated rooms .... More

I loved staying in this unique location, as part of the Classic Rajasthan Intrepid trip. This was the most beautiful Heritage resort on our Rajasthan tour. Each room I have visited is unique in his style. I have stayed in one of the 2 suite rooms on the top floor overlooking the surroundings. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The... More

I spent two nights at this hotel. I feel it's worth a mention that the location is isolated - when their website states 'It is not just a retreat that will leave you breathless with the enchantment of its surroundings' this truly is justified and was perfect for me. Just be careful if you're arriving by train. A 40 minute... More
