pleasant hotel, well maintained with modern baths.stayed in the old building behind the reception.the pool is located between the new and old building. the open courtyard in front of bar was an ideal place to relax in evening.they use to light up wood logs and make a nice fire place.

If you happen to be in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, probably this could be your destination for stay. Well maintained property. however no room service ( being heritage property such properties keep services very low, this saves money on manpower and being a symbol of heritage and limited supply of hotels...) Staff are quite well natured and locally groomed boys. Food menu... More

We stayed for 1 night in this heritage property but it didn't met to our expectation. There is no room service and staff is not at all cooperative. Otherwise ambience and surroundings are good. But the kind of hospitality we got is worst. Breakfast & dinner timings are according to foreigners and staff only said that this hotel is according... More

We stayed for two nights in the old part of the hotel and got an upgrade to a suite. It felt like being guests of a Maharadsha. Everybody from the staff was very friendly and accomodating, one evening we had a small snack and drinks in the courtyard of the old palace. A very quiet and romantice athmosphere. Dining in... We stayed here for one night in November as part of a Virgin's Rajasthan Tour. The hotel is an old Rajah palace with an Olde Worlde charm, The grounds are magnificently maintained. The restaurant room is grandiose, the food delicious and the service impeccable.

This is a quirky hotel, converted from a former palace. There are two large buildings, the historic Palace rooms are unique. I saw three rooms and each was very different, each quite large. Within the Palace building the central courtyard serves as a sitting area. There is a pretty bar just off the courtyard. A massive pool and deck are... More

i did not sleep in the hotel, only had lunch at the restaurant. the complex itself is opulent but themaintainance should improve. the restaurant is located at a new (but good imitation of the historical part) building. the food was average and the service was gentle and polite. price was reasonable.
