The room was very big and the bed was nice, but the bathroom was not clean (not even to Indian standards). The swimming pool was dirty and the grounds were not well maintained. All in all the complex looked worn down. The staff were trying their best to accommodate us but they spoke very poor English and there seemed to... More

My first impression of this hotel was good due to the lane way opening up into a huge garden area, with playground and sitting area. Reception and service staff were very accommodating and friendly and our room was clean and big. We enjoyed a really excellent meal outside and tried a few new types of (Rajasthanie?) nan breads that were... More

Stayed in this resort during a trip to Bhartpur bird sanctuary. The area of the resort is large and its location is just opposite to the entry gate of the sanctuary. However, the resort is not properly maintained. Rooms are big in size but not clean enough. Bathrooms are dirty. swimming pool is ok. Food is average. This property has... More

A large property with a potential to be a good resort. However in its present state it is best avoided being poorly maintained and inadequately staffed. On arrival the reception was deserted despite advance intimation and it took a lot of effort to find someone to get our luggage to the room. Rest of the services were equally cold!

The reception was very dingy and the staff did not speak much English. The outside area is nice and there is a swimming pool - not tested. We were in rooms 204, 205 and 206 at the far end of the resort. There was a seating area on the verandah outside the rooms where we enjoyed a beer - price... More

: We booked online, and we were shocked wenn we saw our suite premier (!) room. It's a very, very basic hotel . I'm sure it was nice back in those days, but now it's totally run down. Not clean. No clean bedlinnen, no clean rooms. Some good things: the food was ok. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I think its all about expectations. We expected a place that had a Rs. 1900 value and we got it. Had a relaxing time with family here in early march. The rates were superb for the value we got. We stayed in room 102 (i think) overlooking the garden. Nice room, with tinted walls, tinted-windows, but very bright during the... More

After reading all nice reviews on Trip Advisor - I booked three DELUXE rooms for one night. Deluxe --- what a joke!!! Do not believe anything they write about hotel's facilities: there is no minibar, no kettle for tea/coffee, no shower amenities, no internet access etc. But we are simple people, we did not need those facilities, all we needed...
