The room was very clean and nice, the haveli very beautiful. The best thing about this place is the food. You can order anything at any time and anywhere, no extra charges are included, and it is absolutely delicious! Sitting in the courtyard with the fans you won't feel hot even in June. The friendly staff helped me fix an... More

An excellent experience. Located among fields, far away from maddening cities. Here you get unpolluted air to breathe. The owner Mr. Narinderjit takes honor in personally interacting with all guests and makes sure that every need of the guest is catered to. The food is fresh and excellent. The rooms are neat and clean. There are three swimming pools in... More

Imagine !! You do not pay for your room !! What you pay for is the unlimited food and the transportation to various places. That's Virasat Haveli of you. This unusual hotel was the starting point of our 22 driving trip to North India. The rooms are basic. They could do with a little bit of cleanliness, however that's not... More

We had a wonderful three days here, having read about this farm, just outside Amritsar, on these pages and how great it was. However it was even better than we had thought it would be. We could not believe that our accommodation was free, and that all our meals and entertainment and car transport would only be £30 a day... More

My oh my... have I been impressed or what? Everything about this place is as humanly touching as possible. The place itself, the food and best of all the people including the staff and owner Mr. Singh. I enjoyed every second of my 2 days stay here and mind you I have travelled and I don't recall when was the... More

I've no hesitation in recommending Virasat Haweli to the travelers. It is a bit far from main city. Those who would want to just get out of their hotel to explore the city on their own may not find this fancy. The owner Mr Narendrajeet Singh gets a special mention here for his awesome hospitality, and his ability to create... More

This place is definitely worth considering if you are travelling by car. It is a good bit out of Amritsar but not all that inconvenient. Rooms are spacious if spartan. Food was what really impressed us. We chose food from the Punjabi menu and simply cannot rate the food high enough even though we stuck to to a vegetarian diet.... More
