I had gone thru the review before making reservation, but not as the way (review) as I felt. It is calm place to spend a day, found good and clean rooms... More

The room was dirty, the bedsheets were stained, the toilet was just too small, the double bed cannot fit in 2 people comfortably and also the staff was too unfriendly. I had booked the most expensive room and I just cant tell what a experience I... More

I ceolebrated my New year here. I must say the check-in was horrible as rooms were not cleaned and available. We had a lot of trouble to get the room. Due to some confusion one room was not avl and we had to accomodate somehow. Room quality is not that great. Service is goo and food is decent.

Dirty, moldy and smelly rooms. Found a mummified gecko under the couch. Blankets and towels were Grey and had a lot blurs. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Never again! We had three rooms there and all were more or less in the same bad condition.

The room we were in, overlooked their Elaichi plantations. That was awesome, but the room was quite small and the bathroom smelled funny. The little water stream close to the hotel is a huge plus point. The premises are well maintained. the sit out area is clean and a good place for children to play. The food was average. very... More

Location of the resort is good even though it is around 17 kms from the town (and the roads were bad when I went there). I had reserved 3 rooms at Forest Haven and the check-in time was at 12 noon. First, the manager said the rooms will be ready by 12.30pm, at 12.30 he said, 12.45 and at 12.45... More
