Hotel manager was very rude. They have not fulfilled our requirement. When we have booked 2 rooms then he said that we can give you 1 room with 2 bedrooms and didn't refund any money for the 2nd room.

Please avoid this hotel as this is simply the worst of munnar. this is not a resort at all. food is very bad..even my pets will not eat them. Rooms are untidy and staffs are extremely misbehaved. Location is bad with no view of hills or tea garden. I wont pay even 500 per room for this.. Please avoid.

A nice place to stay, very humble owner and service is good. Located just 4 kms below the over crowded center of Munnar, hence very peaceful. But they dont serve dinner after 9pm. This time should be extended till 10pm atleast.

In my experience overall performance of the resort is good... Its a cheap and best resort. We where stayed here 7 days...they have to improve their room service... Have to provide more attention to the gusts...
