We had a great stay here for two nights. Very welcoming family. Great food and lots of it, catering well for vegetarians. Beautiful garden growing lots of vegetables/fruit/spices. Clean spacious rooms. Would highly recommend this guesthouse.

We stayed at Rose Gardens for a few nights in January 2014. Tomy and his delightful family were so warm, friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. The food was the best food we ate on our 5 week trip in South India and we were even given free cooking lessons so we could take the amazing recipes back... More

We stayed in January 2014 and had a lovely time here with the extremely hospitable family. The home was very spacious , clean and quiet - the peacefulness after the raucousness of the rest of India was soothing for our souls. the food was great; the town a short, very hairy bus ride away and the tea plantation walks the... The food was homemade and the best we got during a 3 week trip through Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. And we didn't stay at low-budget places. :-) If... More

Good location in the middle of the cardamome plantations. Nice and friendly family. Good food. Not far from Munnar and the tea plantations. The only bad thing is the bill at the end of your stay : the dinner is not included in the price of the room, like you would expected it when you don t have any other... More
