I liked this hotel because of its amazing location which has some equally good views. Our room was spacious, although the hotel could be better maintained. The staff was couteous and helpful. I needed an asprin at midnight and they immediately provided it. By and large, a good hotel.

Excellent location, beautifully landscaped gardens, comfortable rooms & courteous staff of the resort, along with salubrious climate of Munnar made our trip 'ROCK'. Nice stay..pleasant envoirnment even in midmay , not cold....courteous staff..overall a great experience...must try Masala boiled peanuts...(like bhelpuri) at the matapatty dam. Tea gardens are also a nice view. Recommend that you decide to pick your tea leaves takeaway from genuine stores of tata , kannan devan etc Cheers!

I am definitely recommending this hotel. Price wise very good. The rooms are spacious.Service is very quick. Staff is also very polite. Even the food is good. very nice ambience. The hotel is near to the market. You can just walk down.
