The review is from Feb 2013. We were 9 in total, booked 4 rooms. Rooms were huge with 2 double bed in each room. Very spacious and clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was provided at a nearby hotel. Definitely value for money.

Good hotel but not great ...!!! They say Hot water facility is available, but its available only from 6am to 6pm and this annoyed us. rest of the facilities was good. This hotel is very close to shopping centre.

Hi, I am actually writing this review from the hotel itself which shows they have free internet. This is a plus. The unfortunate thing is that they turn off the hot water from 8pm till 7am. We asked them and they turned it on at 6am for us today. The light goes off sometimes for few seconds throughout the day.... More

I stayed two nights in March 2013. I got a room with balcony and a view to the city for 1000 INR/night. There is overpriced restaurant in the neighbouring hotel up the hill, and a good indian bakery downstairs for breakfast. And Rapsys for international and more friendly indian cuisine. The staff was friendly and insightful. I was inquiring about... More

I had stayed for 3 nights and the room was excellent. Good value for money paid for room and house keeping was extremely good. Good parking area and good hospitality. Worth for money. Balcony view was nice and near by shops for quicker access.

When we reached munnar,it happened to stay at JAYS.We were looked after well and guided to visit various places of munnar. We enjoyed the balcony view and the munnar climate, we enjoyed the most, sitting at the balcony.

Stayed one night, 21 december. The rooms are fine, reasonably clean and hot water. The power went out intermittently during our stay (contrary to another review). The cost for a double, Rs. 2100, was not a good value given the uncomfortable beds, the REALLY noisy street, no breakfast, and old, mildewy bathroom. You could certainly do better for your money.
