Very nice hotel to spend vacation in Munnar, Right from booking the room, the welcome at the reception, the clean rooms ,the clean ambience, the good food, everything was very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit and would also recommend the place to my friends. It's worth the money you spend .

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful and the room service was very fast. However, there was a problem with the TV. The food was overpriced and was not very good.

Even it was pleasent stay couple of points to be taken care for further improvement. 1.Need to avoid the stain bed sheets. 2.Need to facilitate the WiFi to all rooms Other than this every thing was good and people can select "Clouds Valley" for pleasant stay. We stayed here three days...ie on 12,13 and 14th of April. Its a brand new hotel. Rates are descent..Good Food...Staff were really efficient... Clean rooms and so as bathrooms.Hot water is available round the clock. Ayuevedic treatment we had was very nice. Definitely recommend this property to others....
