Zina cottages is a place which is preferred by frnds in munnar. The place is located on a slope surrounded by tea plantations. Though the asphalt on the road in literally non existent n will definitely scrape the underbelly of ur sedan. But it is totally worth it. The rooms are really spacious n to have breakfast out in middle... More

This place had spectacular panarama 360 degree views. it is up a tiny lane that only the bravest of rickshaw drivers will tackle in the middle of a tea plantation. The managers are really friendly and helpful and make traditional India dinners. They even taught me to make chapatis! Rooms are basic and damp and need updating but it's worth... More

Location of this cottage takes all the marks. We are visiting Munnar second time with the same cottage. If you want to be in peace and calm you should definitely go with this hotel. Having your breakfast in between of tea garden was super amazing. Note: We faced one odd situation when we had reached there, We had confirmed our booking... More

I am writting this comment more than a year after I went to Zina Cottage, but just to say "go there, please do" ! We were three girls travelling around India for three months, and arriving to Zina Cottage was such a memorable moment in our trip. Go there if you want a break from everything - from the noise... Zina cottages is a quaint rustic cottage in the hills of Munnar. It is a five minute walk from the main road and so is away from the local busyness of things. It has a nice view, and the manager is very in tune with taking care of his guests. Tea was always available, and it's a short jaunt into... More

It is our luck that we found Zina Cottage in Munnar. We usually refer to Tripadvisor while looking for homestays, but for some reason Zina did not have very good reviews so we decided not to stay stay there. However, thanks to the Auto driver who still got us to Zina, it was love at first sight. It is located... More

I wouldn't recommend anybody plan a holiday in Munnar town. It is noisy, crowded and completely not worth the effort of getting there. Not very different from many of the tiny "Hill Stations" across the country. There are, however, several home-stays near Munnar that are tranquil oases. Zina Cottages, is a small guest house that is within the town of... More

We had a really peaceful and relaxing time here. And the view was magnificent, not just of the surrounding green tea plantations but the very well-kept flower garden. Sitting outside with a book underneath the shade whilst admiring the view was idyllic. It was so quiet too, away from all the traffic noises. Just the sound of wind and the... More
