While we did not stay at the Seagrape Plantation, Cleve picked us up at Mahagony Bay (Carnival Cruise) and gave us a fun tour of West End, then went with us on a Private Mangrove Tour. Afterwards, he took us to a local Restaurant, Temporary Cal's Cantina, for a delicious lunch. My Dad, left his jacket and sunglasses on the... More

We stayed at Sea Grape for 9 days and loved it. This hotel is family run and they are very accomodating and help you with restaurants and day trips. We stayed in the motel unit the first night and then moved to the sea front cabins for the balance of our stay. They have a great view with ac and... More

I visited Roatan this past October (2014) during off season and got my first diver's cert in the best way possible. There was only one other person in the class and we got to dive almost immediately in these amazing spots that are right on the reef that borders the property. I high;y recommend the private bungalows (they have a/c... More

We were at Seagrape for 5 days and loved it! It is beautiful with a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Mariella and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately we only had one day of sun but enjoyed our time relaxing in the comfy hammocks. Also great wifi and hot showers! Can't wait to return in the future!

A small hotel on the east side of half moon bay. Five minutes walk to town but NO noise at night. The cabins / cottages face the sea and each has a hammock on its own small, shaded deck. There is a pool on the shore too. Cabins have air con, as do the rooms. The rooms are behind the... More

i love this place! the owners are the sweetest most accomodating people i swear. My mom and i stayed in one of the beach front cabanas and although it wasnt luxurious, it was quaint and cozy, and super cheap compared to the rest of the island. Their diving equipment is almost brand new and their prices remain competitive. its the... More

The cotages are quiet, very clean and very comfortable. This is a family owned and operated Resort. They place extreme focus on making sure you are happy and everything is you are enjoying yourself. Cleve, Ricky Jr., Tony, Rachel and Mariela were ALL excellent. Safety comes first with them when diving. They are all about having fun while doing so... More

I had high hopes for the Seagrape based on the reviews here. They met and surpassed all of them. We truly left feeling like family! Everyone is SO very nice and helpful. We can't wait to bring our kids and extended family back. Mariella, Cleve, Ricky, Sondra, Rachel, Tony, Edwin, everyone was amazing. Make sure you take Cleve's island tour!!!... More

We stayed in one of the sea side bungalow. It was wonderful, great views, amazing staff, comfy hammocks, what more could you ask for. I would recommend the bungalows over the the hotel because of the sea view. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. The WIFI in the main areas of the hotel is excellent. Due to the... More

Christmas 2014 was my 8th consecutive stay at “Seagrape’s”. Since my first trip, I have never once considered any other resort on Roatan for several reasons: 1.) The resort, island-family owned and run, is attractive, convenient, clean and quiet. The manager, Mariela Wesley, is a GEM! She is the Heart and Soul of Seagrape, helping guests in any way she...
