We stayed here for 5 nights and thought it was very good value. It has a small studio kitchen which we used to cook most of our meals. Good showers, quiet location, 1 minute walk to town which was safe even at night. Owners were nice and we thought the location was ideal. We would stay here again

My boyfriend and I were recently on a diving trip to Roatan and Honduras. Of the 4 places we stayed on our trip Casa del Sol was by far our favorite. The property manager Lisa was so kind and took care of our every need. The rooms were cleaned daily. Don't be afraid of the dogs! They get to know... More

If staying in West End, Casa Del Sol is by far the best choice. It is close as can be to the beach and yet just off the beaten trail. The rooms are beautiful with a view of the garden. I worked in West End, and I always had a smile when I walked down the drive to what was... More

We highly recommend Casa Del Sol for your visit to Roatan. We started at Georphi's and made the decision to switch across to Casa Del Sol which was a great decision. The price was a little higher but worth it for the brilliant hospitality by Mark, better quality rooms, regular cleaning and generally improved service. The only negatives were slow... More

Quick 5 minute walk to the beach and all the shops. We were greeted by the manager Mark who was informative and showed us our room/provided us with a giant jug of drinking water for our stay. Room was a good size with a cook top, fridge and coffee maker (which we didn't end up using as we just ate... More

A convenient spot to stay close enough to the nightlife but a quieter option. Yes, the dogs do bark sometimes during the night but it doesn't hurt having guard dogs around. The rooms are great with hot water showers, a basic kitchenette and a great fan to give you a good nights sleep. The best part of casa del sol... More

I picked this place out of a hat, I glanced at the reviews and saw something about barking dogs but didn't care because its Honduras and one would want guard dogs. From the booking process to the day I left, staying here was the crux of the enjoyment I had in Roatan. The Manager Mark greeted me on day one... More

I stayed here twice..once in Sept for 2 weeks and again in Dec-Feb for 3 months. I loved it so much the first time I decided to stay there again when I returned to Roatan. I really have nothing negative to say about it. The rooms are super clean (I stayed on the lower level the first time and on... More

I spent two nights here on the recommendation of several people. I had room 3 on the garden level for $40/night. I liked the bright painted walls inside, the quality ceiling fan, and the steaming hot water in the shower. It was clean, I saw no bugs inside, and I slept well on the bed. I also liked that they...
