My first visit and stay at AKR. Despite getting knocked out with a flu after only 5 dives, I enjoyed my stay. Equipment Master, Kevin, is a good guy. Dive Masters and Boat Captains are first rate. Bungalows, mine was without AC, was comfortable. Being sick, I really appreciated maid service and clean linens. Massages I got were superb! Food... More

I will preface this review by stating that I was at Cocoview Resort in Roatan in February and had a spectacular time. When I found out that my daughter was going away with some friends and that my wife needed to be away for business during the kids Spring Recess I asked my son what he wanted to do with... More

We did the combo dolphin encounter and snorkeling. The encounter was fantastic with us touching the dolphins and getting a kiss from them. Spent about 35 min. with them. On the other hand, the snorkeling with them wasn't as we expected. We were told that they liked to play with you underwater, and if you picked seaweed up from the... More

When we picked this resort, we overlooked a mention of beach thinking that some beach would be available. However, there is none (so it is probably unsuited to younger children). There is, however, a beautiful pool that is very quiet at most times of the day because it seems that almost everyone at AKR is a diver. So, the pool... More

Dive sites were stunning; moray eels, coral, stingrays, you name it. Beautiful resort with great food. Dolphin encounter was great, however the snorkel was uneventful and some dolphins were not the friendliest. Had a wonderful educational study with our class at RIMS. April 11 - 18, 2015

If you visit Roatan you must do the Dolphin Encounter, you won't regretted, the dolphins are beautiful and well kept, the have around 22 dolphins, you get to the place by a boat. You get a quick briefing on everything regarding the encounter, you get about half hour or more with your own personal dolphin, ours was "Mica" a female... More

My husband and I had a fantastic week at Anthony’s Key Resort. We were there April 4-11 we loved every minute of our trip. We stayed in one of the superior rooms on the key. It was very quiet and comfortable. I loved all of the places they provided to hang wet gear. There was a clothes line on the... More

Overall we had a fantastic week, diving was easy, topography beautiful. Some bleaching of the coral. Lots of turtles. The boats were well maintain with easy in and off. Convenient lockers in the dock to store equipment. Food was the only complaint. I would give it a 2.5-3. Everything else was as advertised.

We came here for the dolphin snorkeling encounter which is fantastic and I have written that up on that page. But I wanted to mention that after our encounter we decided to have lunch here. We were not disappointed! Food was fantastic. View was terrific and wait staff wonderful. Kids had some of the best fried chicken ever. Chick pea... More

This resort has the happiest and most accommodating staff of any place we have visited! Food is outstanding. Dive operation is great. We spent one week as a dive vacation and a week as chaperones for a high school Marine Biology Club snorkeling trip. For more photos check out their blog: http://ncmbc2015.blogspot.com/
