Rooms were dingy, a/c's, TVs, showers and cable did not work, food was bland and lacked variety. Worst memory of my stay was the staff, waiters were either busy on their phones or sitting overboard games. Staff also seemed unwilling to provide services without being given tips. We booked a room at the resort next to it called ko-sa but dissatisfied with their rooms and cleanliness we moved next door to Alberta's. They were very welcoming and gave... More
