I've spent three day here, together with my wife and out two little daughters. Great host, Zarko! Very friendly and helpful. The villa couldn't have been better located, in the old city but far from tourists noise. We will gladly come back here.

When I booked room here I was impresed with allmost exellent review, but unfortunatly my experiance is not better than average. Owner is perfect and if I need to comment just him for sur I will give five star. Good things is also location. But what I would like to include in review is room and overall experiance. Our room was at the ground floor and the room was wet, walls with mold and strong mold and moisture smell was present all the time. Even after leaving the room all my chlotes smell and was wet. This is common in stone houses but still not nice feeling so be aware. Room was near the common kitchen so it was very noisy the most of the day and several times it was party during the night so we could not sleep well. Often people walked near our room so we did not have privacy. In all old part of Ohrid houses are very close so you can also hear people from house next to yours. Maybe we will have different experiance at higher floors so if you choose this villa book rooms/apartments at higher floor. I will do the same next time.

Just spent four days in this charming villa. Great location just far enough in the old town to get the atmosphere but not too far to walk. Had room 3 which has a bedroom, en suite and dining kitchenette, basic but adequate. What makes the place is the fab balcony with lake view and the incredible warm, friendly welcome from Zarko and family. Very reasonably priced and would definitely return.

This property has a great location in the old part of Ohrid, near the port, the main square, the lake side and shops/supermarkets and banks. This was an excellent place to stay in Macedonia and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The host is a very friendly character who seems determined to help you get the most from your holiday and can offer advice on pretty much everything in the area. Many of the rooms have a view of the lake and the place is very clean. As with most places in the old town of Ohrid there are some steps up to the property, but not so many that anybody reasonably fit won't be able to cope with it. In fact, if you can't cope with these steps you are probably going to have trouble enjoying Ohrid generally!

We arrived about 7.45 on Monday and Zarko our host met us at the airport. There are a fair few steps up to Dudinka and Zarko insisted on carrying all our bags. On arrival he asked if we wanted a drink and literally ran down to the shop to buy us a beer! This was a sign of what was to come, as Zarko was always available for anything we needed. On day two, seeing me out of breath after the steps (I have a few medical issues), he offered to refund us and find us an alternative apartment in a lower part of town! We declined as the apartment was excellent, televisions in both rooms, air conditioning and a balcony with an awesome view overlooking the beautiful Lake Ohrid. The villa has a lovely covered outdoor kitchen for guests' use with a cooker, barbecue, television and stereo. We found Zarko to be genuinely concerned about the happiness and wellbeing of his guests and I'd like to thank him for making our stay in Ohrid enjoyable and memorable.

We loved Ohrid and we loved our stay at Dudinka. In fact we loved it so much we stayed 2 weeks. It was in Oct 16 and so was after peak season which meant it was quieter and prices were lower. Villa Dudinka is managed by Zarko (and his mother) who are lovely people. Zarko is willing to help with anything and full of interesting information. Initially we stayed in a ground floor room which was comfortable with a small kitchenette, private bathroom, tv, wifi. Later we moved to the upstairs one bedroom apartment, this was heaven! Large, bright and spacious. Separate kitchen and dining and a balcony overlooking the lake! Wow. The villa is located in the old town which is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and there are several supermarkets if you want to cook yourself, either in your apartment or at the outdoor communal kitchen. Zarko also picked us up at the bus station and drove us to the nearby town of Struga to get to Tirana for a very reasonable price. Fully recommend!

We've had a fabulous time here. Zarko, the host, couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful. The location is superb, we had a lovely view of the lake and it's right in the centre of the old town, so it wasn't far to walk when we wanted to explore or go for food. We will be back!

Zarko and his mum are the most amazing hosts. After being picked up from the airport by him he welcomed us with coffee and beer on one of the balconys in his guest house. Then spent the evening showing us the town by night. Tomorrow we are going in a tour of the area with him and on Saturday we are going in a day your to Albania with Zarko who is also a tour guide. The prices are so reasonable it would be silly to bother looking elsewhere. Besides he knows everyone here😃 The rooms are spotless. This is not 5*luxury hotel but the warmth, hospitality and willingness to make us happy is a million 💥 there is so much to do here I will be back. Thank you Zarko and Sandra 👏👏
