Great location, lovely rooms, nice pool, nice staff, except the night time receptionist!, but..... No bottled water durin the day, no wine at the bar, no cocktails, no food between 3 and 7 pm, lunch time snack bar closed at 1 pm???, no background music by the pool, not enough sun loungers, tatty towels, very poor evening entertainment, no pool... We had a great time, the hotel was fab and rooms excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpfull. The only slight downside was that the food was a bit bland. Met some great people. The pools are really clean and plenty of room to sunbath.

My husband and I stayed at the laguna vista beach from 21st april- 2nd may 2013 for our honeymoon. We had a fabulous time and can't understand people's negativity about the place.
