The hotel is very well decorated with crafts from the area. The shower has very good pressure and they have an electric heater to keep the room warm. We stayed for a week and the hotel is completely charming, clean, and comfortable. This is also a great deal economically -- and very near the markets. The staff is very accomodating, the food is good, although I'd urge anyone going to Otavalo to explore some of the local restaurants! more
