Stayed here for 2 nights, once in room 12 and another in 13. No issues and everything was just fine. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs one morning and french toast with fruit the next. Easy 5$ taxi ride to bus terminal/airport which was priority for us. Would stay here again!

This hostel is located in a neighbourhood quite far away from the centre but can easily be reached from the airport and bus station by taxi. I liked that the hostel provided a Spanish description of how to get there that you can give to your taxi driver. Also the communication beforehand was great and very informative. There's a fairly... Spent three days while visiting Guayaguil. Our room with AC was great . Soft sheets, comfortable beds.CLEAN. The free breakfast was delicious. The Owner, Marie, went out of her way to help us as we could speak very little Spanish. She arranged an affordable sight seeing tour, called taxis for us and explained where we were going and made sure... More

We stayed here to try organise a cruise to galapagos islands. The double room with aircon was great! So clean and soft sheets. The free breakfast was delicious. First day french toast with fruit and the second scrambled eggs. Now the travel agency...if you are looking to book a last minute tour do not book through the travel agency. After... More

As we had no reservation we had to change room three times during three days. so we could test all kind of rooms. Room with AC, with Fan, With and without bathroom. The rooms with shared bathroom had the better shower then the private. but the beds were all great, also was it quiet at night. breaktfast was good, except... More

During my stay i had Some big troubles with my photos. The owner immediately called a itc guy to help me with my problems. I really appreciated this! Hostel is very clean, and has a nice "patio-something". Just a 5 min ride with a taxi to the centrum and they will arrange a good and safe taxi for you. Couldn't... More

Decent hostel a short taxi ride from the bus station and airport for those nipping in and out of Guayanquil. Slightly dated rooms but efficient service. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. We used the bag storage facility for our trip to Galapagos - nice, but charged at $1/day which seemed slightly petty. Don't miss the superb street burger just up the... More

My partner and I stayed two nights in a private room which was small and extremely hot (the fan provided helped very little). Despite supposedly having a brand new mattress, we were both bitten by mites during the night and ended up having to change rooms at 2am on the second night (We'd been in room number 12). The owner's... More

In the morning when you were checking out I was the one who asked you about the situation in the night. The night receptionist reported the situation to me when I arrived for work. During our conversation I thanked you for bringing the issue to my attention because we take reports from our guest very seriously and take positive actions... More

The bad reviews below got me a little hesitant to begin with bus I really enjoyed this hostel. Chilled vibe, good kitchen to use, great wifi, close to big supermarkets and good cheap restaurants, the front desk staff are brilliant, and the breakfast is the best I've had in a while travelling through SA. The maid/breakfast lady is the best,... More

Just stayed one night, but the hostel is really quite nice (cosy garden!), close to the airport, has hot water and a comfortable bed. Bit noisy as most hotels/hostels seem to be. Could not wish for anything more for that price.
