in opposite to several opinions here we were very content with this hotel. We had a recently renovated room with wooden floor, two big beds and a very modern bathroom on the 9th floor. The window is new and quite good isolated against traffic noise. Maybe that other rooms are not yet at this standard - so be sure to... More

Good hotel, was lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger suite which is aways a plus. Shower was very good, no carpets which for me I a great plus, one of the largest breakfest buffets I have seen, felt like a cruise, only downside is the size of the hotel, with two tower on either side of a mall.

The location of this hotel was great! Nice area near the boardwalk, across the street from a park with Igunas, turtles, etc. The hotel set up was the strangest that I've ever experience but the rooms were clean, quiet, roomy and good. You entered the hotel lobby and took the elevator up one floor to the check-in (nicely decotrated, spacious... More

Overall this is a very nice, modern and clean hotel. The service from all staff was fantastic and prompt. No request was too much. Food is good and they offer have many options including sushi bar! The only down point was that they rushed me out to get the transfer on my way to airport because they had other people... More

As travellers we stuck out like sore thumbs in this lovely hotel, but it was our treat of the trip, after a four day hike in Cusco & a day of airplanes. Lovely staff who went out of their way to help us take our bags up to the room (which happened to be above a shopping mall?!). Room really... More

We stopped here for one night en route for the airport. It's a big place, like many Guayaquil hotels, located over business premises. The rooms are enormous, with a separate sitting room and a monster double bed (what's bigger than King size? emperor size?) Service was friendly, although, as often encountered in Ecuador, surprisingly few staff speak English. Rooms were... More

We have stayed here twice now on two separate occassions and both experiences were wonderful. The location is very good and the hotel is able to arrange transfers with safe and reputable companies to your next destination. There is also a great restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The lay out is a little strange since the hotel is part of... More

My wife got sick with asthma by entering in the lobby. Hotel is in good location but they have to do something regarding the fungus on lobby and halls. It really damage our whole trip since the asthma attack it created to my wife. Will not recommend staying there until facilities are completely cleaned.

Following a long drive from Puerto Lopez this was the best choice to unwind and spend the afternoon and night . Our room was on the 9th floor facing the park of the iguanas. The hotel provided free valet parking and attentive service. It is a short walk to the Malecon 2000 which is a joyful addition to the Guayaquil... More
