The rooms here are fairly comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. There's nothing exceptional about it, but being on the city's main avenue it's in a very good location. Rooms with either a fan or air-con are available. Breakfast isn't included, but it's pretty cheap.

So i get here a little before midnight to crash. Luggage guy helped with my stuff and got me to the receptionist. She did not seem to be in good spirits, maybe it was the lateness of my arrival. The stay was $18.40 american,so I gave her a 20, i get a dollar and 60 of their cents back. I... More

The best feature about this hotel is the location. Do not expect nice rooms. Rooms are small and clean. There is cableTV. There is no hot water. Ladies at the reception are not that polite, I believe the reason for their bad temper is the amount of people comming and going and asking for information. Also, the people in the... More

Nor normally one to write negative things since anything can happen.... have stayed there a few times when in Guayaquil....last trip they were full when we arrived very early in the morning and they asked us to wait....we sat down in the waiting area/lobby as nothing was open yet anywhere (5 am). One of the staff came up to us... More

We had to come to Guayaquil for a day, and our first choice hostel was full, so we were sent here. The place is nothing to write home about, but the room was very big and very clean. The wifi worked well, and while my husband had a very hot shower, by the time I got around to jumping in,... More

Clean room, hot shower, a few blocks from Foch district, $22/night. Stayed there 2 nights July 2014. A laundromats adjacent to the hotel brought our clean clothes direct to our room -- much appreciated after 3 days of mountain biking.

We stayed here one night and liked it. It was cheap. The room was big, had a big flat screen TV and was clean and quiet. The hotel is really central and in the save part of guayaquil. You will find a lot of restaurants a around the hotel. The had no wifi in the past but the are installing... More

I couldn't decide whether to give this place 3 or 4 stars. It annoyed me that they didn't have wi-fi in this day and age and only cold showers (cold, not luke warm). However, Guayaquil, as everyone....mostly South Americans themselves ....kept warning me how dangerous Guayaquil can be. They advised me to take off my jewelery and only stick to... More
