Dark and dirty was my first impression. Neighborhood okay during the day. Included breakfast make the stay more tolerable. Kinda felt like one of those places where you wanted to wear your socks the entire time.

Good to crash in if you are arriving late by plane in guayaquil. A bit pricey for ecuador but its clean, comfortable and has AC. Bit noisey in the mornin with all the honking but i doubt you can get away from that in guayaquil.

Overall service was good, friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade. The room was adequate and clean however a bit pricey ($52 - inc breakfast) for what it was overall. Fine for me but maybe not to everyone's standards. Good air con and mini fridge were the highlights.

Hotel looks like its in a good place in the day, but by night the zone is not very secure. The staff of the hotel are really kind and the breakfast is good.

Hotel is small and creepy!! Power goes out for 3/4 of the day so there is not hot water and no light. Elevators don't work so you gotta take the stairs. Breakfast at the bar was good. We stayed one night and left and gotta another place to stay. Also not a safe neighboor hood!!

I paid almost 40 dollars for the single room - a bit expensive by ecuadorian standards. The room was very basic: medium sized room, a TV with cable (including couple of english language channels), a bed with rather hard mattress but a very nice pillow. There was a safe in the room, and a little closet. The shower, however, was... More

When I stayed here, my single room was $30 per night, more expensive than a single room at most hostals. I was expecting something nicer, but what I found was merely adequate. My room was spacious, the TV was in good condition and had a few English channels, the staff was accommodating enough, and there was a small restaurant on... More
