We just finished spending six nights at the Vila Sikaa and chose it based on reviews we had read here on Trip Advisor. Even though the reviews were largely positive, our experience exceeded our expectations. The attention and care shown by the hotel owners and their children who all work at the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast were delicious –... More

The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. If you have much luggage, it is more convenient to stay across the bridge from Trogir, than in the town itself. The staff brought the bags up to the rooms. We saw people dragging bags along cobblestone streets of Trogir to hotels because taxis can't access the hotels as the town... More

I feel bad not scoring this hotel a five; the rooms are remodeled and amazingly clean. The staff was helpful and recommended great restaurants. The only problem is they did not have a room to accommodate our family of four so we needed two rooms. This was a little tricky with the kids since the rooms were not connected. Breakfast... More

The hotel Vila Sikaa I cannot recommend strongly enough, what a superb family run hotel. Tastefully renovated, superbly furnished with great beds and luxurious bathrooms. Ideally situated just over the bridge from Trogir on the island of Ciovo. Superbly well run by a family who couldn't do enough to make you welcome. Trogir is a historic island with good restaurants... More

A great hotel where they can't do enough for you. Even no lift is not a problem as our bags were carried up to our rooms for us. (2 couples travelling together) . Room 19 has lovely view across to the old town. The breakfast service was excellent, didn't expect to be offered a cooked breakfast and the quality of... More

Quality hotel on the third and fourth floors of an old house across the bridge from Trogir (actually on the island of Ciovo). Excellent view of old Trogir, especially at night, especially from our attic room. However, there is no elevator, so travel lightly. Free parking; friendly host held a parking space for us in the street in front of... More

Excellent stay for 12 days. Very friendly and helpful management and staff in what is a privately-run hotel, not part of a chain. Breakfasts were good quality and value and made to order, as well as a buffet. Room was of a good size, and the bathroom faciliites were excellent. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. We stayed at Room 18 on the top floor with the view of the old town across the river. Good base to explore Trogir and not far from Split aiport. The room is spacious and comfortable. The service at breakfast time was wonderful. The hotel also provided airport transfer which was handy.

We asked about a pick up from the airport - after 12 hours of traveling - they did for a fee of 120 Kuna which was well worth it. We were on the third floor and the same driver carried our bags up for us. Location was great and the breakfast was good, eggs fixed any way you like them,... More

This hotel is located just opposite the old town. We stayed in one of the superior rooms with views of the old town, a big bathroom, AC, TV, a steam shower. The beds were very comfortable. It was really noisy outside but the room had double windows so it didn't bother us much. We parked our car right outside. The... More
