The thing I liked was reception and animation. They really made our vacation better and they are very kind! Really good foods, nice sea and also place. City Rovinj is near and is beautiful. Beach is direct behind the hotel. Rooms are old, but I need only shower and bad. For me was OK.

Hotel Valdaliso is a 2 star hotel. But even as a two star hotel it fall well short from my expectations. Location is nice, but the rooms are old and not well maintained. The towels are changed only every 3rd day and the bed sheets were not changed at all during our stay there (7 days). The food and the... More

Very good location close to the beach. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Buffet meals are a little unimaginative. The staff is trying to be helpful. The biggest downside is the lack of an elevator.

Indeed no lift to carry your suitcase. The size of the room we stayed in was OK, but nothing else – bad smell, dusty, moisture and bugs on the walls everywhere. No cleaning, even though the cleaning lady seemed to clean every day, fresh towels once in 3 days (mostly she forgot to change them, that forced me ask for... More

- make sure you can lift your suitcase up to 4 floors on stairs - Breakfast is the worst I have tasted in dozens of hotels worldwide - If you don't eat their breakfast, priced at 8 Euros daily, there's no refund, it's "included" in the room fee. City of Rovinj, Croatia - All restaurants serve the same seafood dishes... More

If you are into practical exploration of how vacations were done in former SFR Yugoslavia, this is a hotel for you. Although, in ex-Yugoslavia this hotel's amenities were new and now they desperately crave for renovation. Everything is old fashioned and only advantage of this hotel is a beautiful view on the old city of Rovinj. Valdaliso is not just... More

Simple hotel but everything you need you have. Very clean. Food is ok. Cuisine is local with some global stuff like spagetti or French fries, The most important thing about it is a place - you are surrounded by wonderful forest. There is an excellent view on the old city of Rovinj from the beach. I really liked it.

Nice to see Rovinj from the beach, relax in the shade of pine trees and enjoy a good massage. Who knows, maybe the guests who come more often and get a discount? It is not far from city and it is not expensive. Rooms are not good but staff members are excellent.

We booked a room in Annex building. Room itself was of decent size and rather clean, up to our expectations for a 2* hotel. We had se views from a side balcony. It was off-season and the price we paid incl. trully rich breafkast was a real bargain. Keep in mind that the insulation (especially through the main wooden room... More
