This small hotel is open all the year around and it's my favorite place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean but for me the best thing is breakfast there. Always great buffet with such a big variety of different very tasteful home made food. Great choice even for vegeterians! really for reccommendation

My wife and I stayed there about 5 years ago. We had flown Munich to Zagreb to Pula. We rented a car and drove to Rovijn. The place was in an otherwise residential neighborhood. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of home made products and a wide selection. There was a little place to eat outside. Convenient walking distance to down... More

Welcoming staff who speak English. Able to cater for special diets - gluten free bread is available. Good buffet breakfast selection. Rooms fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and free wifi. Short walk to town - around 10 minutes. Very quiet location.

We were there for 3 nights. We got a room in the top of the 'hotel' so the only window we had was a roof window with no view at all. The room was as big as a normal bathroom in other hotels - so imagine how little was the real bathroom. Breakfest - everything is disorganised, a lot of... More

Got a last minute "suite" in the middle of the summer at a rate of €150 for 3 persons. Whilst not impressed at the beginning, the hotel grew on me with every of the three days stayed. Unfortunately, there are no balconies. But breakfast is prepared with much love by the owners with some local delicacies and served on the... More

Rovinj is generally a reasonably priced destination, and this hotel was no exception. Driving to the hotel is helped greatly by signage directing you to the hotel, once you are within a few kilometers. In general, follow the signs for the Park hotel until you start seeing signs for the Vila Lili. The free parking is a few blocks away... More

The owner was very nice, but the hotel in general seemed a bit tired. It was fine. The location was only okay. It was about a 15 minute walk into the old town, which was quite pleasant, but far enough that it wasn't easy to run back and forth. It seemed a bit pricey compared to the other places we... More

My family of four stayed here in July and we had a lovely time. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and our boys loved the variety of choices at breakfast. It took us between 5 and 15 minutes to walk to the tourist areas, but it was flat and easy. We would definitely return. Ashland, Oregon, USA

Sweet, simple quiet and clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast has nice selection and caters to all tastes. Room light with opening window and shutters so could create a breeze. (Aircon didnt seem to work in our room?). Compact bathroom. Has a lift. Efficient laundry service - delivered back to room same day. Bike hire arranged quickly from front desk. Personally,... More

The location is good, but the hotel was far too cluttered for my tastes. I would scrap a lot of the the nicknacks and keep it simple and clean. A similar feeling at breakfast where there was a lot of choice, but none of it was great. Again, I would scrap half the food choices and focusing on making 3-4... More
