First of all, The Valamar Riviera that Jadran is linked with, is EXCELLENT.... But Jadran is AWFUL ... Really old furniture, no mattress cover (yuk), no aircon and it was 38 degrees when I stayed so had to have windows open all night which meant I was bitten by mosquitoes and the noise outside was all night long. The bathroom... More

Rooms are clean, great view of harbour, central seafront location. Breakfast at the valamar hotel, free boat to beach & pool on island svelti Nicola. Lots of excellent bars & restaurants nearby & the basilica is metres away. Only negatives - no TV or wifi but Porec is to nice to be in your room to much!

This no frills hotel is a good choice for a simple, budget-friendly stopover in Poreč. We arrived on the evening ferry from Venice and left again the next morning so it suited us perfectly. The location is great if you are arriving or departing by boat since it is right near the ferry pier and there are plenty of restaurant... More

We stayed at the Jadran for four nights while attending a friend's wedding. The accommodation itself is quite basic. All we had in our room was a double bed, side table and chair, wardrobe and a shower room. The rooms are located above a bar at the end of the old town strip so the location is ideal. The bar... Great view over the harbor. Ok rooms, but no fan or aircon, means that windows has to be open all night, this, in combination with a VERY noisy promenade, with bars and discos, was a big problem for our sleep, but might be ok for people who want to join the party. No reception in hotel, but nearby hotel, is... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of two weeks in Croatia before leaving for Venice. It was a great place to stay for one night but any longer we would have wanted air-con and a fridge. The room had beautiful sea views and a lovely, if compact, balcony. We were leaving very early so the location right by... More

Transfers kindly booked by holiday company Valamar and for a one way trip from the airport to the accomodation the cost was 70 euros. Booked a twin room with sea view and that's what we got, oh plus a shower and toilet room. Very clean and serviced daily. No air conditioning so don't know what that would be like in... More

This was my 2nd stay at the Jadran and to call it budget accommodation almost feels unkind. It is in a perfect location/setting above the Epocah Bar with wonderful views across the water. The rooms are basic but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. All areas are spotlessly clean and sheets/bedding/towels are crisp and fresh. The bathroom is small with... More

I am so happy with my one-week stay in September that I plan to come back to this hotel regularly. This is a basic 3-star hotel with good size rooms (in white), big closet, IKEA-style furniture, very comfortable bed, and big and modern tiled bathroom. The room is in very good condition and cleaned to perfection daily. I had a... More

If you wish to sleep, to have a confort travel, to rest, to wash up your selve without surprises (brown water for exemple)... this hotel is not a good idea. There is a bar (Epoca) and a restaurant besides the hotel. Noise, noise, noise until 2 a.m. Our room has not air condicionated and we were 40º C at Porec,... More
