I can say only the best words to describe this place. I was there shortly on a business trip but hotel staff was great, food was so delicious and that area is so quiet and safe, only 5 km from Porec. I hope next time I would have more time to spend there and enjoy. See you in summer 2014

My girlfriend and me rented double room for 2 nights in this hotel on our trip to the sea with the intention of visiting and exploring and not just passing through Istria. Hotel Filipini is situated in really quite and peaceful area, 5km from Porec. Staff was very welcoming. They speak German, Italian and English. Restaurant is based on traditional... More

We reserved an extra night at Filipini in the morning since during high season finding appartments is difficult. We came back and in the evening our luggage was put in the corridor without any telephone call. We had to pay the full price of the night before and they arranged quickly a room nearby which was far too expensive. Not... More

I recently stayed here for one night with my husband. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, though on arrival we waited for about 10 mins until the owner appeared to allocate us our room. The room was ok - clean, though the bathroom could do with a bit of a re-vamp. There was only one deck-chair on the... More

Beautiful small hotel situated in a forrest outside of Porec, surrounded by vineyard and olive fields. Thanks to hotel personnel I felt like home. Rooms are decorated in old-fashioned style and seem so romantic. Food is so delicious and made of domestic groceries. I really hope to come here again in some future.

We stayed in Hotel Filipini for one week and we enjoyed our stay. The lady of the house is incredibily friendly and helpful. Our room was the one you can see on the website of the hotel. Warning; the room was really small and large people will have troubles with the bed. It was more for 1,5 persons than for... More

If you're thinking of staying in or near Porec, this is an excellent alternative from all the naff 'complex' hotels and apartments. The hotel is set off the main road in a wooded area and the rooms are surrounded by trees, we woke up to birds singing every morning! The furnishings are beatutiful - very rustic and have the feel...
