First time I visited this hotel year ago, just grew on me instantly because everything I been told over the phone and what I`ve read online was as it was written, and very often this not the case. Location is simply perfect, right in the centre, rooms are cozy, bed is great and most importantly clean with one of the best... More

Very old "casa" thoroughly refurbished with high attention to detail. Just 20-room size of property. Located on the riva of Poreć and just at the edge of the old town. Very comfortable rooms, especially the ones on the top floor with wide views of the town or (even better) to the port and sea. Super relaxing, wide beds. Wooden floor.... More

Most friendly staff, always at their top to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, helpful with every need. Comfortable rooms that are very clean and well appointed, though rather small. The only negative, and a big mistake by the interior designer, is the bathroom sink... stupid you might think but how can you wash your face or shave with... More

We regretedly only stayed one night at this hotel. It is located in an area that has restricted car access and guests can park on the street. Hotel and rooms are very nice and in well kept. Staff is very nice and attentive. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service are excellent. The hotel is very well... More

This was a short stop between Venice and Rovinj but very welcomed. We arrived late at around 7.30 and offered a much appreciated welcome drink, a delicious sparkling blush wine which was just the ticket. Rooms were clean and spacious, the lighting and modern to touches with various lighting settings were cool and the bathroom facilities were exactly what you... More

This is a small but very modern and spotless hotel in a prime location right next to marina. Rooms are good size with quiet and effective ac units and large clean bathrooms. Free parking is a big plus. Breakfast is very good. Staff is outstanding, there are three beautiful ladies working the reception/guest relations and they all do an impeccable... More

Ideal location near the town centre with spacious rooms. Small boutique hotel with modern rooms and good breakfast buffet. Nice terrace with delicious food. It can be perfectly recommended. However ask for a room with a view.

We went to the restaurant for dinner interested in a mixed seafood pasta and prawn dish. On arrival we were offered drinks and we ordered 2 beers. The wine glasses and wine menu remained on the table. Then when ordering, they suggested what to have as one of our choices was unavailable! As someone who is not a fan of... More

My wife and I stayed here on our first trip to Porec. We live a few hours away and wanted to escape the heat for the weekend so we made a last minute booking at Hotel Mauro. The good - the hotel's location is excellent. It's situated right in old town alongside the marina. Walking distance to anything in the... More

Porec is a very scenic seaside town, although somewhat spoiled by overexploitation. The town itself is still very pretty and like many Istrian coast towns, located on a mini-peninsula that precludes the high-rises from spoiling the views as they tend to do on the French Riviera. Mauro is located on the southern quay with a great view of the bay.... More
