We were greeted at the hotel bar by a wonderful Gentleman who not only suggested a good wine, but informed us about the winemaker and the local region of Istra! Great introduction Porec! A must if you are staying at the Grand. Ask for Tomislav!

The rooms, setting, view etc are all wonderfull but being that we were on a tour we had a set-menu with very ordinary food. Basic but out of keeping with the overall upmarket nature of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly and setting was quiet and with a pleasant view out over the sea. Would stay again.

Loved this hotel and our room (310) with its partial sea view. Bathroom is spacious, especially by European standards. The furnishings in the room were very nice and the beds were comfortable. I would return to this hotel next time I'm in Porec!

Visited Porec in mid March of 2015. Hotel staff is great, very friendly. Hotel was clean and nice. Room was great as well. You cannot ask for more. All in all very pleasant stay. Hotel's restaurant is very nice with good selection of foods. Breakfast is buffet style while for dinner you can order your favorite very easy. Food service... More

Beautiful location, few meters away from the remains of a Roman temple, in the old part of the town, with a beautiful view on the island of St. Nicola. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, with a touch of class. Excellent food, interesting choices, nicely presented. One should not miss beautiful cakes... More

I spent one night because I was traveling for business in Porec. Booking the hotel I had over booking.com and the price per night was acceptable for usually expensive price staying at this hotel. But whether such price and quality justifies stay? I'm not sure. Why? Position of hotel is in the center of Porec and the end of the... More

I spent three days in the hotel Palazzo in Porec. I have to say the hotel is a great value for the money. It is very clean, with beautiful furniture, excellent food and extremely friendly staff. It was a pleasure to stay in it.

The Hotel Palazzo was originally built in 1910, and some of the atmosphere is still there - kind of expecting Hercule Poiret for breakfast! It is fantastically located just at the waterfront of Porec Old Town, and although our room was just at the corner we had plenty of view of the Adriatic Sea - particularly spectacular during a thunderstorm... The Palazzo is a fantastic waterfront hotel with all of the classic European resort ammenities. All the rooms are updated with the latest and trendy furniture and room dressings. The balcony rooms offer splendid views of the harbor marina port entry and expanded views of the Adriatic Sea. The morning breakfast is pleasantly pleasing and has a variety of choices... More

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of a week's cycling holiday. Entering the town from Rovinj is a joy on bikes with cycleways through pine woods on the coast. The location of the hotel is perfect and there are plenty of unrestricted views towards the horizon to watch the sun go down. Parking the bikes was not a... More
