It was good to get to ANY room after a very full day of hiking in this beautiful area; but our otherwise peaceful and fresh retreat sitting on our small deck overlooking the forest was ruined by a chain smoker in the room next to us. Lobby was often full of visitors but the desk seemed to be handling things... More

Bus after bus arriving and departing. Front desk staff competent but pretty stressed with workload. Room ok but showers only luke warm at best in morning as bus tours leave early and hot water system can't cope with large early morning load. Main lobby often completely crowded with arriving/departing guests and luggage. Breakfast a bit ordinary at best - no... More

This hotel is located in the National Park Pitvicka Jezera, which is absolutely amaising (I mean the Park) The hotel is tourist class - very clean, had everything you needed - the beds were comfortable, the staff helpful, and the food was tasty. We spent one night in Jezero, and thought it was a great value - we really enjoyed... More

This hotel reminded me of a dorm style hotel. I was with a group and for supper we had to choose the day before want we wanted for supper. The next morning at breakfast was a gong show. Many groups having breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet with cold cuts, bread, cheese, fruit, coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon.... More

We spent one night at the Jezero Hotel at Plitvicka on a tour. The location is fantastic, after a walk we were able to walk back to the hotel where I enjoyed a sunny afternoon on our terrace. There are not many choices I blieve in the area, so this hotel is crowded with tour groups. We had a good... More

Spent two nights at this hotel with my parents because of a visit to the national park, we loved it! It is perfectly located to visit the main routes to the park, completely surrounded by greenery. However, what we liked the most was the dining room, like in the movie Hotel Budapest! That communist era, 70-80s feeling, the decor, the... More

Right at the entrance to the park. My room was very clean, the bed was good, and the staff very accommodating to my request for an additional hour before checkout. The morning breakfast was a little crowded with all the guests, but overall the staff handled it quite well. The food was good and the buffet well presented.

We went to the hotel in middle of April 2015 and found the hotel to be very crowded with domestic as well as foreign visitors. The room we got was a suite which was spacious and can be seen to be old but everything was in order. We had a pleasant stay. The only thing terrible was the restaurant full... More

The plus; The hotel is right in the Pitvice national park entrance, you can reach entrance 2 in 2 mins from the hotel since they have direct walk way to the entrance. The view at balcony is quite nice. Breakfast is quite good The minus: Dinner is not met hotel standard. (order fish is safe choice) Bed is too old.... More
