I'm not really sure what to say about this hotel! It really is best described as a step up from a hostel or dorm room. Or maybe a step down now that I think about it. So where to begin.....from the outside, it looks like this was once a very grand hotel. MANY MANY YEARS AGO. And one where they've... More

The location cannot be better - 2 minutes walk to the park entrance, free parking, free internet and free breakfast. The food at the restaurant (dinner) is really awful, the breakfast is quite adequate. The decor has not changed since the fall of the ex Soviet Union, but the rooms and bathroom are spotlessly clean, and very basic. I think... More

Apparently the best hotel adjoining the Plitvice National park. First impressions walking into the hotel were pretty good. Nice decor in the bar and lounge areas although it is a little dated. Our bedroom was basic but comfortable, with one double size bed and one single. Overall the room was small. There was a balcony overlooking the forest. A heated... More

The main advantage is the location, which is within a short walk of the park. The hotel itself seems more geared toward large tour groups, and offered nothing that stood out (but nothing was terrible either). The view from the room was nice, but couldn't see any of the falls. Not a bad choice overall, but I would look to... More

It is the best place to stay to visit the PLITVICE NATIONAL PARK. It has a reasonable restaurant and the staff are very friendly. We cannot say that it is a 4 star hotel, but it is comfortable, clean and it has everything we need to enjoy the park.

This is a clean, but basic hotel, a short walk from the entrance to the Plitvice National Park. Recently redone bathrooms, free wifi and helpful staff add to the hotel's mix of benefits.Picture some of the non-luxury hotels in the US National Parks and you'll get an idea of The Hotel Jerero. I know that I am sounding unenthusiastic, but... More

This is an ok hotel, it is not plush but it serves it's purpose when visiting the lakes and you want to stay right there! The mealtimes are a hub of food and people. At dinner the colour coded seating arrangements work well, Breakfast is a bit manic depending on the time you arrive but there was plenty of seats... More

It may be the best in town but it still needs alot more improvement eventhough there is no competition here. One of the power sockets in my room was not working and the the toilet's door knob was unable to lock. The wifi was very unstable throughout the whole day but it is quite acceptable through my expectations. The computers... More

Entrance to the park is directly behind the hotel, you can buy tickets there and a map (cheaper then buying it in the hotel), the hotel will stamp your ticket so you can go in the second day for free so make sure to mention where you are staying when buying your tickets. The hotel itself is a little dated... More

Location location location. The Jezero deals with large numbers of people from all over the world in an efficient and welcoming way. The breakfast and dinner buffets, feeding hundreds of guests in a short period of time, go like clockwork. Although not lavish, the rooms are good and the hotel's location can't be beat.
