The hotel is on the island of Mjet and if visiting Croatia is a must see, I had a room with a sea view and the views were outstanding, the rooms and hotel were clean but the throws on my bed smelt a bit musty . The bathrooms are a little small but manageable ..the hotel had a problem with... More

The title is a little unfair to the Odisej, but it's sentiment is true. The transfer from Polace was 45 kuna per person and ideal after getting the ferry at 9am, I hadn't pre-booked it but the driver was happy for us to jump in to the van. Only other option would be a pricier taxi or cycling up a... More

I'm not sure how other rooms look, but our was under expectation. Old furniture, missing mini bar, irritating red blinking light (fire alarm) just over bed, towels weren't clean, garbage was full when we came. Balcony is shared with other room. No wi-fi coverage in room. Food was just average. This is only hotel on the island with high prices... More

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and were really happy with the accommodation. We had a good room with a balcony at the far side of the hotel, giving us great views and peace! The food was fantastic- a huge choice that was different every night! The staff were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely return to... More

The hotel is well situated near the sea and lovely lakes. We thought we would be in the middle of nowhere but there's a bustly village nearby with shops, bars and restaurants nearby, but apart from the hotel's beach bar everything shuts relatively early compared to other places we visited in Croatia. Sunday night appears to attract many party boats.... More

You get what you pay for and expect at this hotel-it's the only one on the island. The staff are extremely helpful and the lobby area is great. For me, the rooms were extremely small and confined, but it was the decor and the shutters that let it down for me-it felt a bit like being in some sort of... More

Cons: - Bathroom smells (dryed-out out sink), parts broken, too small to move even for normal-sized people - Room overcrowed with four beds (Double Room booked) - Cabinet for the minibar without fridge (empty, fridge removed) - Rubbish bin in the bathroom not empty on arrival - "Adriatic Luxury", "Deluxe Room" = Ridiculous - Wireless only in the lobby and... The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the lakes but the hotel is quiet expensive compared to the standards. No wifi in the bedroom, only in the lobby... Even though it works 1 time out ... No real swimming pool! They use the sea as the pool (right next to all the boats..) Breakfast is ok

Unfortunately we had very poor experience of this hotel. The only reason this hotel is still operating is due to the lack of accommodation on Mljet. This hotel is VERY tired and needs lots of money spent on it. Although Hotel Odisej is cheap for a hotel it is still not good value for money compared to other places on... More

Whoever initially landed this spot for their hotel really hit the jackpot; what a gorgeous place to spend a week or two. The “Odisej” overlooks a small bay and harbour in the village of Pomena, with a backdrop of richly green hills. It is not a high-end hotel, so do not expect any fanciful luxury; for its three stars, however,... More
