If only I had read the bad reviews rather than the good....I would not have wasted ALOT of money. This hotel is in a great location, it's clean and it has a nice pool. BUT, the room was really small with a Juliet balcony over looking a mouldy roof. The wi-if was useless. The breakfast was horrible, I think the... More

They upgraded our best-price room to a junior suite, because it was our honeymoon vacation. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the smell which was coming from the kitchen which was a couple of floors under our balcony.

Just had a seven night break in the Marco Polo hotel paid a little bit extra for a junior suite room 312 on the third floor with a sea view could not fault it. Stayed on a half board basis again could not fault the breakfast or evening meals very good selection. The staff I found to be very friendly... More

Just returned after five days in the hotel. We paid a supplement for superior sea view. Great vista as long as you avert your eyes away from the most ugly rooftop of the hotel. Rather foolishly, we expected a balcony but none to be had. Big shame and rather limited the enjoyment of the room. Hotel clean but bit dated.... More

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the Marko Polo. Here are a few comments and musings which might be helpful if considering a visit. Hotel: 1970s building on several levels, recently refurbished to a generally high standard. (Be aware that steps are involved if arriving by boat, and the road outside is quite steep, and for that reason... More

We had a good few days,on the island of Korcula. You can get there by ferry or boat. The view from the pool area is fantastic. The hotel is clean, not too large, and good food in the Restaurant. See the island wile you are there.

Flight into Dubrovnik then 2 hour minibus ride to ferry and 15 minute crossing to beautiful Korcula island. Lovely resort with old town within walking distance. Lovely facilities; indoor and outdoor pools and spa, gym, Jacuzzi. We had two great massages. All staff were friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay again. Very relaxing weeks. Island is stunning

My wife and I have just spent a great week at the Marko Polo on a full board basis. The staff, the rooms, the bed, the view, the pool were all excellent. We can't find anything to criticise and we have done a lot of travelling. Thanks to all the staff.

We were in Hotel Marco Polo five times and we can tell that it is the best located hotel in our lovely Korčula. Rooms in the hotel are modern, very clean and very, very comfortable. Food choice for breakfast and dinner is also very good. Beach is in the nearness of the hotel but hotel has much better indoor and... More
