We spent three nights in Hvar at Hotel Dalmacija. When were surprised to find accommodation in Hvar was rather pricey, so selected this hotel as a good value option in a central location -- the hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the ferry and the main square. The rooms are outdated and worn, but they were clean... More

We spent one night in the Hotel this past June. The location was great right on the water, nice view from the balcony. It's old and weathered if you don't like stairs this not the place for you. The front desk people were friendly. The night we stayed there was a rain storm so not much activity on the street... More

amazing location for a hotel, with a platform outside for swimming. Unfortunately this means that people are out here all the time, including 6am in the morning drunk screaming and shouting. the rooms do not have air conditioning, so windows and doors open is a must. the general state of the room was cheap and fine, but the bathroom was... We were lucky enough to stay in a room with a sea view so for us that was the best part of the hotel. Other than that the hotel is pretty average and when we stayed the lifts were not working, not good when you are on the top floor.

The location of the hotel is very appropriate just in the old town. Also the restaurant of the hotel is looking at the sea, good for a breakfast. Not a strong breakfast ofcourse. However since location is evry popular, There is too much noise until the early hours of the morning. The hotel is very very old, however the accomodation... More

The hotel is well located, that's the only positive point. When we arrived they took 1 hour just to find our reservation. The room has no air conditioning and is extremely hot, which forces you to keep door and window opened, bringing mosquitos, clarity and noise to the inside. Bathroom is quite small and the shower doesn't work well. Breakfast... More

Arriveing everyting seemed charming and just at the spot. After entering we soon understood that it was just the facade and the wiev that was nice. The hotel is really "tiered"/run down, and in July without aircondition it is like a an oven. We had no sleep whatsoever when we stayd here. Because we had to have the windows/door open... More

We arrived on the Island Hvar at 7pm and the hotel gates were shut and padlocked. All the windows and shutters were closed and there was nobody around. After confirming with some locals that the hotel is really shut, we proceeded to find alternative accommodation. Do not book this hotel, it is closed.

This hotel offers a good silent refuge just around the corner from the centre – in about 200 m distance to the promenade. It is situated directly on the beach, and as special feature – only 100 m to the pebble beach with easy access to the water. The rooms are nice, especially the ones with sea view. The hotel... More

Good hotel, unbelievable location, scrumptious breakfast and pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Most rooms come with a sea view, and you are literally a stones throw from the sparkling blue ocean. The breakfast is really good with a selection of bread & jams, cold meats, yoghurt, fruit, scrambled eggs & bacon and cake. You eat outside on the terrace right right next... More
