We stayed here for 2 night during our China trip and had a wonderfull stay. Excellent location in the middle of beautiful Lijiang. Clean rooms and excellent service. We especially enjoyed talking to the owner (do no know his name unfortunately). He was a very kind and pleasant man, tending to your every needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel. More

Wonderful place to stay! It transports you into the past with its authentic traditonal architecture and furnishings. Our room was charming. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Zen Garden hotel is the place to relax after a day in overcrowded Lijiang. The place is really 'Zen' and the staff is very helpfull. They even booked us a flight to our next destination. We were given an upstairs corner room and the one next to it for the four of us: 2 adults, a college kid and a little kid.
