We thought we were booked into the Zen Garden Hotel but our travel agent in London Evertravel and partner travel agent in Beijing, Peace travel once again thought they knew better! Sadly they messed up the booking and booked us in at the Jade Dragon Hotel despite us saying we did not want to stay there. We had read all... more

Stayed here for 4 days with a group of 15 people. Every night until as late as 1:00 am we got repeated calls to our room offering massages and escorts. Food was poor by Lijiang standards. Breakfast especially was awful and the kitchen which you can see on the way to the dining area was filthy. in my room both... more
