The worst hotel I had ever been to in China. Located on a highway (so much for a quite resort), rooms are moldy, old, broken and worst of all infested with flees. The bathroom was black from dirt and we were given paper toilet leftovers for our use. The rug in the room was filthy, and the furniture was old and shabby.
The staff can hardly speak any English: we wanted to pay in cash, but they charged our credit card after specifically giving it for deposit only. The bell boy broke our luggage, and the manager refused to compensate and said 10% will be given, we said it was insulting and refused to take the money. The hotel is not located anywhere near Dali, so expect a 40 Yuan ride to town.
We stayed for one night (thank god for that) and left early in the morning, didn't have breakfast for our own sake. Do not, under any circumstances book a room here, there are plenty hotels in Dali old city, don't stay in Xiaguan which is a different place altogether.
